Jul 26,2023The heat press arrived on time. I had an issue with the pressure setting so I contacted the company. The reply and customer service was impressive. I was instructed how to calibrate the pressure and now the press works perfectly. After having to return two presses from other companies, I found pro world and I finally have a product that works.

I was having trouble adjusting the new machine to the right pressure, etc that I was used to on the older, bigger press. Ed and Anthony were both amazing, they got back to my emails right away, called to check on my settings, and even sent videos (that they made just for me) to help me with my pressure settings. They always responded quickly, too! Wonderful customer service, I'm happy I bought another Pro World press based on my older, bigger model.
