Feb 13,2025PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stop using USPS for shipping. I ordered 750 buttons for an event on Feb 7th. I chose Ground Advantage so It would be sure to get to Florida from Ohio in 2 to 5 business days. Pure Buttons shipped my order on Jan 30. I waited and waited, no buttons. My event came and went, no buttons. All I knew was that the shipment was "late" and was in transit. It was in transit all right, to Puerto Rico! I finally got a notice that the buttons had arrived in Catano, PR on February 10th. So, $331 of money that my students fund raised for is gone and we will have to ask for more donations to help fund their robotics team. So please, use UPS or FedEx or some other shipping method that is more reliable!!!!

My last order had an issue with the art and customer support contacted me to explain the problem and what they would need to fix it for me. I really appreciated their effort and once the art error was fixed it only took a few days to receive the final product.

Feb 07,2025We designed our own custom buttons and the instructions were very easy to follow. When the design took overnight, the system prompted an email to ask if we forgot. The checkout process was very simple as well and emails receipts when completed.

Feb 04,2025I have wanted some contour magnets for my customers for a while. A quick google search landed me at Pure Buttons. I am not graphics designer, but tried my best to design the perfect magnets and clicked submit. A very short time later I received a proof in my inbox that fell WELL short of what I hoped for. The failure to impress was 100% on me and my lack of ability to do art stuff. I responded to the email with my concerns and again a VERY short while later I received a response requesting a description of what I was hoping for and any supporting files. What do you know after a brief wait I receive another proof in my mailbox and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I approved the proof and a few days later they arrived! Feb 15,2025Buttons seem well made and look like what I submitted. The ordering section of the website was a little confusing to use but overall fine. I appreciated the email that came after ordering that allowed me to review what the button would look like.
