We love that we can use the customizer to design our buttons and when there is a question they email us to help us make sure the design is going to work on the button. Great customer service!! We can’t wait to hand them out at next summer’s special convention in Scotland. We recommend them to everyone looking for fun giveaways!

Dec 23,2024Picking the button I wanted and adding the image/artwork was easy. But the steps on putting in payment and delivery information kept having snags or rejections, such as asking for a coupon code when I was not using a coupon, or rejecting my credit card. Which I still don’t understand. I suggest that if requested information is not provided in an acceptable way, then it should clearly state what is missing or provide a work-around. I finally got my order placed after many attempts and a full hour of effort. So simplify the ordering software.

Dec 18,2024My order has been sitting "in transit" for 7 days. I ordered this product for an event and now these items are no longer relevant. I understand that the holidays can create some delays but 7 days of sitting in the same USPS location. I finally received the product. It is great quality and it exactly what I ordered. The post office failed in delivery and out of anyone's control. I would definitely order again from them.
