I bought buttons to campaign for camp that started on Sunday. The buttons were scheduled to arrive at some point on Saturday, as clarified when I ordered them. The buttons arrived at 8:30 pm on Monday night. Very disappointed.

EDIT: My initial one-star review will remain as part of the over-all experience, just in case anyone sees this and falls into the same situation; so that you know the solution is a simple fix of reaching out, and asking for someone else in support. Trust me, I already did the worst case by interacting with terrible support so you don't have to! The support in question is not a reflection of the company as a whole and everyone can improve; including myself. I am giving 5 stars now because of the received - and unexpected apology from Josh - on behalf of the customer service. With grace and professionalism in their response, they even went above and beyond to mail it again by air*. Really, not expected! Because of this, I am hopefully a one-time thing with my situation so please read all others below mine on their glowing reviews, as I did! Thank you again Josh <3 OLD POST: Customer Number: 2405337498 My order was several days late upon attempted delivery and was then denied by the carrier having returned it to sender (thus being even more late!) to reply to me and say: "Nikki Skala (Support) May 29, 2024, 2:41 PM EDT Good afternoon Joshua, The above order was returned to us from USPS stating - unable to forward - return to sender. Please advise how you'd like us to proceed with this order? Thank you!" - I advised them to refund the order. Instead of telling me directly, they provided me with a link to see our refund policy which read: "If for any reason a package is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you about it. For all returned packages, you are responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship your order." So because of their service provider with USPS, I am not accountable for shipping purchases again, even though every other delivery service can deliver and this was without an excuse or reason of protocol to inform me on how I can make it successful. So the now accountable customer (me) is unable to adjust or correct any mistakes so delivery can be provided... and I'm supposed to trust that they will then do it right the next time? " They responded professionally from my dissatisfaction with the lack of information provided, but I would not say they were at all helpful, personable, or compassionate in the case of their failed delivery (which they have extended to USPS) not taking any accountability or - in the least -showcases any human emotional forbearance to alleviate this process. In which case, I responded with a very upset and disappointed demeanor by saying: "So your open-ended response of "please advise how to proceed" was instead not optionable, but 'What is your other address?' Why not just say that directly? As if I am supposed to know that response was from them, and not you? Anyways... long story short, I told them to keep the order; I will not be paying the extra shipping service since it will MOST LIKELY happen again and just continue with our new overlords *cough* Amazon. I mean, this is probably why. Sorry, mom and pop; I tried :(
