The owner, Pam, was a huge help with getting my order ready in time for pick-up the day before Christmas Eve so that I’d have it in time for Christmas, which I’m incredibly grateful for. She even remembered which products my mother used in the past and enjoyed most and made a custom soap using her favorite fragrance, “Sicily”, and included it in my order for no additional charge.
