Had my solar pv and battery system fit on Monday ,the lead times were short and the workmanship is brilliant ,I highly recommend PV people to anybody looking for solar

I’ve had two batteries installed today. It was a retrofit to my existing solar panels. Everything was easy from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable and helpful designing the system. The installation went very smoothly. The installers were absolutely brilliant. There was great communication throughout the process. I’m happy to recommend them

From start to finish these guys were patient, professional and keen to help. We were happy with our quotation for 12 solar panels and battery storage and within 3 weeks the system was fully installed by a great team of engineers who completed the job within a day. Everyone we spoke to was knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile, answering every question we asked from initial phone call to talking us through the app once the system was installed. We spoke to a few companies with quotes when we decided to install solar and are so happy we chose this company! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great service with great people who care.

Battery Storage retrofit Having had a solar setup for a number of years I’ve been looking for a reasonably priced retrofit battery storage solution for the last 12- 18months. Having done a fair bit of research and had some way out quotes I found PV People was what I thought was quite reasonable. Still looking round I contacted another company who promised the earth & under cut the PV PEOPLE quote like for like equipment. After giving 2 dates to install finally installed the battery & inverter. It didn`t work as they admitted they had fitted the wrong inverter. After that I could not contact the co. As I had a quote from PV PEOPLE I contacted Ronald & he was most helpful as he changed the inverter & all is working fine. For an extra fee of course. They are a knowledgeable team which I would recommend. I was 100% happy & they have took over the monitoring of the system. If you are in the market for a Solar and/or home battery solution get in touch with PV People, you won’t be disappointed

From initial contact to job completion was a great experience. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Communication was first class. Nothing was too much trouble. Workmanship was excellent and done in a professional way. Products were of excellent quality. Very happy with our installation of solar batteries.

Absolutely Brilliant PV people really helped me out after a prior installer completely let me down. They have restored my faith in how companies can and should behave. Very friendly, helpful team who installed a complete solar-battery system for me with zero stress. Completed within 3 weeks of ordering (would have been 2 but I was unavailable before that). Everything appears to have been done to a high standard. I cannot recommend PV people enough.

We were kept informed without pressurised sales calls and on the day of fitting everything was dealt with efficiently even when our wifi refused to cooperate. Would recommend to anyone.

I contacted this company with regards to domestic solar and in the hope they could supply a quote but due to being too far north they don’t cover my area currently. What they did do is assist with some excellent advice on domestic solar equipment and some reputable companies who might be able to help with installation.

We just had our Solar panels installed. We are very happy with the whole process, from start to finish. Really liked the low pressure over the phone sales approached backed up by the incredibly informative site survey. Really useful to see a 3D model of our property and what the panels would look like before making a final decision on layout. Communication with the team was frequent, and very friendly. All appointments were kept, scaffolding and installation of the panels were done professionally. Would recommend without hesitation. Thank you to the whole team.

Having done a fair bit of research and had some way out profiteering quotes I found PV People. From first contact where they talked me through the options through to the installation and commission the service has been off the chart amazing. The team are incredibly knowledgable, prompt and respectful of my property. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why and went out of their way to ensure I was 100% happy before they left - which I was! They monitored the commissioning and first day running and did a follow up call to walk through the app and the settings. We had a solar system including a battery installed in March of this year by PV People. I was very impressed with the service we received from the installers, they were very friendly and installed the whole system within only a few days. We have received very good after care with PV People checking the system afterwards. We have had no problems and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them if any issues came up. We have been so impressed with how well the solar panels have been operating we actually had another battery installed by PV People a few months later. As for energy the panels are generating, I would hazard a guess at it covering around 80-90% of our electric usage since March. Even on a cloudy day the panels can cover the energy the house needs.

After getting several quotes I found PV people to be very knowledgeable and talked me through all the questions I had. The price was very competitive and therefore decided to go with them for my installation. The guys that fitted the system were very professional, within 1 day was all up and running. Extremely pleased I went with this company - highly recommend!!

Really pleased with our new Solar Panels from PV People. Excellent service from start to the end of the installation. The price was comparable with others in the market but the professionalism of PV people really stood out - clearly these guys know their products inside and out and the whole process felt like they were working towards what was best for us at every step. There was no hard sell we were just given the relevant information which made it easy for us to make our own decision. The installers were really professional and friendly, very clean and tidy and after about 4 hours we were up and running with our new Solar System. The system was fully demonstrated and we weren’t asked for payment until we were happy with the system and the installers had left.
