Only suggestion is to put instructions on how best to iron the patches on. (It's quite obvious but nonetheless, instructional images would be the cherry on top of a great service). But in my immense grief, I accidentally transposed the dates and failed to notice on the preview. My patches arrived quickly. When I saw the mistake, I fell to pieces and contacted them immediately. What exceptional customer service, I received!! I just received my remade patches, with the correct dates. I am so incredibly grateful for their amazing kindness,in helping me with memorialize my beautiful child. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!
