May 24,2022The product produced ended up being of poor quality and late. It took over 3 samples to get a decent sample but only half the order ended up looking like the sample I approved and only half of my instructions were followed. I am giving two stars because I was able to get a partial refund.

May 20,2022It would probably be better if you could speak with someone to explain things instead of a lot of emailing back and forth. Nevertheless, their work is amazing and they also have a fast turn around time. I had personalized logo patches made for a letterman jacket and they did a great job.

When I first found your site and got a quote, which was over $60 cheaper than any other company, I was a little skeptical but went ahead with the order anyway. Then I received the "Proof" picture of the patch, was really impressed and gave the go-ahead with the order. The Patches arrived this afternoon, a full 4 days early, and they are absolutely great. I couldn't ask for better. The whole process with your company has been a joy to work with, even the mess up I made with the payment which you took so much trouble to correct for me. I really do appreciate all your hard work and the way you kept the correspondence going. I had the great pleasure of talking to Lance via their customer service and they were so helpful in every step of the way. The team did a wonderful job of fixing our design and making our patches. We had issues with shipping which they swiftly overcame and and kept me in the loop the whole time which I was highly greatful for. I cannot recommend Quality Patches enough If you want custom patches made. I can't wait to deal with them again!
