Jul 06,2021I was sure QualityPatches.com was definitely a scam, but quite the opposite! They were seriously great. The patches are great and they arrived in about a quarter of the time I was expecting.

Jul 02,2021I like to give feedback whenever possible. This is my second experience with Quality patches. The image in my mind was difficult to share, and I'm kind of happy it was. These patches turned out so much better, with finer detail than I had even imagined they would! Our charity will enjoy them so much! Thank you SO much!!!

Jun 29,2021Incredibly disappointed with this company. In the beginning things seemed to appear prompt despite noticeable language barriers. I dismissed these obvious discrepancies as minor errors. However, my original order has never been received, it is still missing in shipping somewhere (shipped from Pakistan not the US). Since my order was not only lost in the mail but past my event date, they offered to send a second order out and give a discount. Later another email stated they were going to not charge me at all. Then after the second order was delivered I asked what kind of refund I would be getting for the MANY hours of time spent on this order, tracking, shipping problems, etc. I was told that I misunderstood the emails (more than one) stating a refund would be issued. I explained that it was written very clearly and I not only didn't have my order in time, I paid for RUSHED delivery and was never told it would be a rushed order weeks prior to my event, I now had to pay for packaging and shipping to multiple places since my event had passed. They agreed to only refund me my additional costs. And after all of this had taken place, they then shipped out a THIRD order to me so I was left with 225 patches that can not be used as they are dated for a specific event. A complete waste. Never again. Scam of a company. Shop local!!!!
