Nov 30,2019Most of the time I dealt with a different person for a design update. It seemed like they either did not keep up with change version requests and when a change was made change was disregarded or took several emails to get it right. The patch quality was good and in the end it still wasn’t perfect, I simply gave up and placed the final order. The only pleasant thing I can say was the pricing and fast delivery was good. Will not use the service again.

Nov 28,2019I only wanted an upper and lower rocker for our American Legion vests. Over 30 email back and forth over 10 days with the design team led me to request a refund because the proofs they sent me were misaligned and spaced improperly. I sent numerous requests for specific corrections. They just didn’t get it. I moved on. I received my refund to PatPal within an hour of requesting the refund. 24 hours after receiving a refund and getting it, they sent me a proof that would have worked for me. What a shame they couldn’t get it right sooner.
