I even had a color issue as a result of my own debilitating vision- for which I did not realize until I took delivery of my items. From interacting with Mack on the online chat to receiving the sample proofs from the design team, the whole process was smooth and very professional. Nothing was a problem, and any changes I requested were done as a priority. Cannot wait to get these badges on our new staff uniforms. They look amazing.

Sep 16,2019Communicated well for the most part and fairly quick turn around, but didn't know the sticky back doesn't stick on all materials. We have still ended up sewing our patches on, because the stick doesn't stick.
