Sep 24,2019I was skeptical about placing an order at first, but the pricing was so great that l took the risk and l am glad a l did! patches came out great and in a timely manner. Wish they were quicker but for the money if you have time to wait for them, then they're your guys! if you need something rush, probably not.

Sep 18,2019I must admit that the online help via the pop-up chat was what sold me. I arrived at the site to browse for a style similar to what is already on my work uniform, and was prepared to compare prices between sites. Because of the prompt customer service pop-up, I never made it to opening a separate window to compare. The gentleman on the other end asked what kind of patch i was looking for, size, style, font type and was already working a deal to maximize my money. I was given an upfront price towards the beginning of the conversation, and towards the end he was able to double the order for the original price quoted (didn't seem like a bad deal). The email updates were appreciated, and kept me in the know all the way up to receiving my tracking number. Also, as an additional note, I very much appreciated the fact that I could upload a photo after I took a snapshot of the existing patch on my uniforms; I kinda did this as a reassurance to reiterate the product that i was looking for, and the final product did not disappoint. I appreciate good customer service, and have already recommended this site to others at work for their custom name tag needs.
