However, Quality Patches went above & beyond, delivering my purchase 3 days before my deadline! No other patch company was willing to deliver as quickly as they were, for a great price as well. Apr 18,2019They had the patches I ordered done and in my hands in a little over a week. They are embroidered on a strong backing ready to sew on as I wanted. They were exactly what I wanted and ordered. Maybe they're a little more expensive than other companies, they're also of good quality and got my order to me fast. I am happy and will be doing business with them for many years to come.

Went to the website and started online chat, told them what I needed sent them a sketch of my design and within a hour I got a proof and immediately was convinced that they were who I was gonna do business with. I've ordered two different times and I was completely satisfied. I never verbally spoke with anyone but I'm sure the service is just as good if not better by talking to them.

I placed 1 order at 3 am, the second at about 4 am, oh and they actually communicated with me. It wasn’t automated responses, shows you something about their quality and customer service! Apr 05,2019as a Canadian customer I found product a bit pricey due to exchange, duty and shipping not in companies control but t does influence decision to return for re order, the one thing Ihave learned is next time 'anywhere' I will be certain to submit as close to perfect desired image since there is where both parties can be confused, waste time and get frustrated..
