Nov 21,2023If you ever wanted an experience of being Listened to and understood this worked for me .As George Orwell said through his character Winston Smith in the book 1984 PERHAPS ONE DID NOT WANT TO BE LOVED SO MUCH AS TO BE UNDERSTOOD. I did this amazing 'Quantum Hypno' course or 'Treatment day last Tuesday and I have several pages of notes speaking well of the experience that I wanted to weave into a good review that expressed my opinion well , and the skill and brilliance with which it was conducted, in my case by Sarah Smith, and how my normal way interacting with people has changed for the better. Transformation of a man is a fitting title for this experience I have been a lot kinder to people without any effort including at the bank where they responded very well to my complaint and actually helped me a great deal with my on-line purchasing which had me keep my membership with them instead of moving my money over to Lloyds. I wish I'd found this HQ thing a long time ago. There is so much more to say but this review is already too long. So I'll stop here. Thank you Sarah Smith.

Nov 14,2023I was really nervous to give this a go as I didn’t know what to expect, but Sarah was brilliant with me and as soon as we had started I felt relaxed. For most the session I was thinking this isn’t working on me because I didn’t feel under and every answer I gave I felt I was just making up, until we got to the end and Sarah told me something mind blowing about my session which proved to me I wasn’t. After the session I should have been exhausted as I had been up at 4:30 am, driving a long way through busy traffic, soaked from rain, not eaten all day but instead I felt so light as if a big weight had been lifted. I would recommend it to anyone.

The insights I gained about myself were clearly coming from a 'higher vibrational source'. She is an exceptional facilitator and spiritual guide for such an amazing process. Jul 18,2023I had my QHHT healing session with Sarah on 17th July 2023. What can I say but "wow"! Sarah is a very warm and easy to talk to person. Also very down to earth. I felt at ease right from the start. I'd had hypnotherapy before but this far exceeded that experience. We chatted for a while about anything and everything, whatever came to mind. The process was explained to me in detail and the necessary paperwork completed. As suggested I'd come to the session with some questions I wanted answered or issues I'd hoped to resolve. I laid in the bed for the actual healing session - fully clothed. At the end of the session Sarah asked how long I thought the session had been. I replied "about an hour or so"? She replied "2 and a half hours"! I was blown away. Lots of very interesting stuff came up during my session and I definitely got some much needed answers. When I was brought out of the hypnotic state I felt as though my whole body felt really light. I felt completely fine, very relaxed and content. That night I slept for 12hrs! Woke feeling refreshed which is something I've not had for many moons! I would absolutely - and have already - recommend Sarah and her QHHT healing. Mind blowing stuff!

It brought greater clarity. Also there is a deep stillness within me and it feels as if I am a witness to what is and what has been, this is a very healing inner space to reside.
