Alles volgens de afspraken. Snelle levering en de klant heeft alles in goede staat ontvangen.

worst service. never picked up delivery on time and had to cancel....and still asking for full payment. I don't recommend their service at all rather go to amazon freight who are prompt and very cost effective compared to quicargo.

I had 5 sendings with them and while the first 4 went ok I was really dissatisfied with the last one both by them but also from their partner Hellmann Express Service BV. I had to send a small pallet to Germany and they had to pick it up on 24/12/20 between 8:00-16:00. The driver came around 16:30 (he called around 15:30 to inform) and he was expecting to put the pallet on the truck by hands since he was bored to put down the palet lift. In the end he realised it was not going to work. Then the pallet was supposed to be delivered on 30/12/20 but this never happened. I can understand the delays due to the busy period but I do not accept the lies! After contacting them on the 31st to see what is going on since the client was expecting them and didn't have any contact they said that they delivered but didn't find him. A big lie since they were there all day. I was expecting an update on the "new" delivery day but it never came. I contacted them again on 6/1 since there was an update on the system that the pallet was delivered (on 30/12/20 even) but the client still didn't get anything. Then they admitted that the pallet arrived in Germany that day and the system updated it as delivered due to a "bug". In the end the pallet was delivered next day but the client was hugely upset with this behaviour. I was too since there was a lot of misinformation from Quicargo. I requested them to credit the sending for the whole inconvenience and kind of fraud but they refused since according to them everything was normal... Reply to Quicargo Comment: As I clearly mentioned there was no delivery on the 30/12 since the client was there all day. Furthermore, & due to your system bug, you admitted that the pallet arrived at your partner in Germany on the 6/1 and then was delivered next day! If you were honest it would be highly appreciated & understandable due to the period of the year. The misinformation though that creates problems to our relationship with the clients in NOT ACCEPTED!

1e zending makkelijk aan te geven op de site en ook voordelig. Op tijd opgehaald en op tijd bezorgd. Prima! Prijs opgaaf 2e zending was niet gunstiger dan andere aanbieders, blijven opletten dus ....

Het is een goed bedrijf met attente werknemers, ik had vergeten om laadklep in te voeren. Werd hier over terug gebeld, dit vond ik heel alert. vracht werd netjes afgehaald. alleen in Frankrijk ging het niet zo goed met de afgesproken datum. Dit zelf maar met klant opgelost. De beroemde Franse slag. Hier kon de klant wel mee leven. Drie dagen later, maar netjes afgeleverd, De klant werd een uur van te voren gebeld door de vervoerder. Toch netjes,

Dit platform werd voor het eerst door ons bedrijf gebruikt en we zijn zeer tevreden omdat de levering op tijd en probleemloos is verlopen en de transportprijs erg gunstig is. Met dank aan het Quicargo-team voor hun werk.
