I am delighted! My Halvarssons jacket is an exact replacement for my previous one, except this one is brand new and in perfect condition. Delivery date was advised to be a few days hence but in the event was the day after I ordered it! Price was good too and £50 less then some other sellers. Happy to recommend this seller.

I bought a pair of Forma Boulders from Race Leathers (which are wonderful), they arrived in super quick time and well packaged. I ordered the Merlin G24 Eva ladies black heritage boots from Raceleathers for my wife. The boots are astoundingly good quality and very good value for money. The leather and sole is of very good quality and they have a full padded lining. Despite the substantial construction they are very lightweight and flexible. Pretty much ideal. We are very happy. Raceleathers sent the boots out very quickly - way ahead of scheduled delivery time. Remember to support small businesses like this one. They need us!

I would be absolutely devastated if we were to lose this shop. I was a loyal customer of Hein Gericke(remember them) and J&S Accessories. Spent thousands with them over the years then, I was taken out by a hit-and-run white van man in my motorcycle couriering days, lorry then ran over my head and I was left for dead. I became rather ill after that, a mixture of aids to get around wheelchair, crutches, mobility scooter, adapted motorcycles/scooters, I put on a fair bit of weight. After 18 months with an incomplete C4-6 spinal cord injury, I had managed to fight my way onto my motorcycle but none of my gear would fit; the two aforementioned shops suggested I go on a diet because none of their gear would fit! Fast forward 14 years and I have managed to lose some weight without exercising. I trawled many shops online home and abroad for suitable clothing. It wasn't until I came across Chelsea and Keith that they could find me something to wear. They were sensitive to my needs, were polite and accommodating considering I had to travel from Stockport to get there. I have to have a carer with me everywhere I go. I have never been treated so well and feel valued. I cried when the gear I tried on fitted. I had exchanged instant messages because I cannot use a phone or answer the door and do not engage that well due to Asperger's syndrome but they were very welcoming to an unknown stranger, with difficult needs. I left the store with Rukka Nivala trousers and have since returned for some PMJ jeans. I don't ride as much as I used to because I need to be dressed/undressed and have my helmet fitted/removed, as my spine struggles with all the weight and joint tensions. Us disabled do have money to spend but there are not many aware or accommodating to our needs. I asked Hood jeans to make me 10 pairs of custom jeans, I was prepared to pay the setup costs but they weren't interested. We now know that we can rely upon Chelsea and Keith to meet our needs. It isn't about the cost, it is about the great experiences many shops fail to deliver. Guess where we are spending our biking money next?

Recently bought Arma ladies bike boots. Originally ordered Brown, but needed to get black ones. Phoned them and they were very curtious and polite. Exchange was a breeze. The prices were very competitive. Delivery was very fast. I really can't fault them. I won't hesitate to use them again for any bike gear. Fantastic shopping experience. Try their ebay shop before you go anywhere else. Thanks Raceleathers, you saved my bacon on a birthday pressie for the Mrs big time. 👍

Several items purchased from Raceleathers over the last few years. I have consistently found them to be keenly priced, with prompt dispatch via a decent carrier. On one occasion I have had cause to return an item as it was unsuitable and the response I got was quick and helpful. Would undoubtedly buy with confidence from these guys again.

Ordered a pair of boots through their website. Received boots with a broken zipper (and were also a size too small). I emailed their sales support email address and called 5 times over a month to exchange the boots and were completely ignored. They never once responded to me and now I'm out $250 with nothing to show. I feel like I've been stolen from.

Only ever had 5☆ service. Used online (Ebay store) and regularly travel to the shop. Fantastic choice of products, service is excellent and the staff are always happy to help.
