I did not inform you of the damage as it was fitted and only when I took the foam Sleeve of I spotted the dint , the transport company must have chucked it around

Good service after I was told they would not leave it in a safe,secure place,wanted me to wait in all day because they would not give me a rough time of delivery or wanted me to ask a neighbour to stay in and wait for delivery,I don't think so,in the end it was delivered to my wife's work address.

I would have rather know in advance that the lead time was 1 month rather then waiting in for 2 days for the delivery and when it did not come I have to ring the office to find out the reason and then to be told that it will be a further month is totally unacceptable as my builder was waiting to install the tray and it upsets the planning.

I haven't installed it yet but arrived on time and is exactly what I wanted. It is strong and of good quality metal, this will look good in the bathroom when fitted. The next Item will be the curtain and hooks. Many thanks

Items were delivered as ordered within a few days of placing the order and at no extra cost. Some companies charge extra for delivery to Northern Ireland though it is the same price via Royal Mail as the Mainland.
