Oct 26,2018Customer service by Manager Brett was awesome. The thing that let it all come tumbling down was delivery - FYI - when 2 ppl have a delivery on same day advise the warehouse of exactly ONE person to contact because they assume one number and speak to that one person is all they need to do, well when that One person is at work and doesn’t know if the parents are home what happens? Missed delivery - fine. Reschedule second delivery and advise a different number to ring on the day and the warehouse and driver argue with you on the phone as to who they spoke with - Customer is always right! You didn’t call me on the said number according to your notes and paperwork - regardless if you spoke to someone else make sure you have everything and double check the number you’re supposed to call for future reference! The said person you kept calling was at work! Hence the alternate number that I arranged for the driver to call me! Third time lucky is all I will say and no, I haven’t had an apology or compensation for the said mix up! Brett needs a raise for all of his hard sales work although we were left not even feeling like it was a Sales person - more like a friend. One star rating is for Brett only!

However, with the friendly helpful staff you’ll never be bewildered forever and that was what happened to me .
