Sep 01,2018Our dryer broke and we asked for a loan dryer as the repair would take 2-4 working days. When the workmen took away the current dryer they also took the ducting system that took the hot air/dust away from our kitchen (I was obviously not there to stop this). This ducting system we had personally purchased and installed at our own cost. As a result the dryer cannot be used as it just blows hot air/dust straight into kitchen. On the expected day of delivery we could not get through to find out when the new dryer would be arriving and left 4 messages. No one ever called back. Today we have been calling all day (literally 9 calls) to find when we get the old dryer back have and left 3 messages and still non one calling back. Horrible service.
