Surprisingly good service. I ordered online and fridge was delivered promptly and on designated day with call to say driver was half an hour away. I had made a mistake and not ticked the box for removal of the old fridge. When i phoned i was told a driver would retuen two days later to remove the old fridge.

Salesman that was called to help me (area salesman was already with a customer) gave me the impression that I was an inconvenience. All other team members were happy and pleasant.
I called in to look at a Westinghouse fridge, knowing that it would be more expensive than a competitor at Mt Barker. A helpful woman approached me to assist in my inquiry of the product and insisted she could price match. So not only did she do that, but supplied a bigger unit than I thought that I could afford at the keenest of prices. There was one in stock so I collected it within the hour. Her service was exemplary so I have no hesitations of returning to RR Murray Bridge for my next appliance need. Congratulations to fabulous customer service.

The salesperson talked too much about features which to be honest were not of importance to me. My washing machine broke, I needed a new one that was the end of it, the water temperature enzyme activation blah blah was definitely something I couldn't done without and saved myself a good 20 minutes. The delivery was shocking, I was told it would be an AM delivery as I had to work only to then we told on the day times could not be guaranteed, once it was eventually delivered the hoses were not tighten enough so when I turned the taps on I flooded my laundry. Should've expected this when I bought a couch earlier in the year and they delivered it but refused to take it upstairs.
The sales people in store was great and would got 5 stars but, the waiting for 2 hrs to go through the rental procedure was absolutely brutal. When you been renting for 15yrs with no default in payments,and continually receiving letters that you have $5000 worth of product you rent. Then when you go into upgrade you are made to feel like your diamond customer card means nothing as you have go through all the crap as a new customer has to go through. It would be great if being a diamond customer actually did mean that. And that the procedure would be quicker and not have to wait 2 hours instore for products that we are just upgrading. And never defaulted on the account makes you feel that you don't want our sale.we would use RR more often but as you could see it's such along and unnecessary system in place

I went in with intention to leave one of my laptops for repair. I was not aware I would be able to Upgrade both my laptops in 4 months time. Robert the staff member saw it was an opportunity to get a new contract signed. He rang head office and after half an hour he got approval to go ahead. Before I knew he was getting financial information for application. This part was painful. If I was a VIP I thought it would be easier. I have been renting for a very long time. I had to go away to allow time for application to be assessed which was also inconvenient. A coffee would have made it more bearable.
