Dec 28,2017I went in to rent a washing machine or dryer and in the end rented the washer and bought a dryer and 2 tv's because the tv's and dryer I wanted were cheaper than everywhere else (even with the boxing day sales) and the staff were good. Staff at West Lakes, SA were courteous and extremely helpful. The delivery guys were prompt and thorough. One of the best shopping experiences I've had for household goods. Thank you.

Dec 22,2017While renting my new lap top at the VIP night I had people looking at my private information re paper work, people talking with the person serving me while gettting my contract organised. It felt overwhelming. I was given a new contrack with five days to pay. All up it was really stressfull. The whole VIP night was so different to last year and not in a good way.

Dec 21,2017I purchase 2 units when l got them home there was a Stanley knife sticking out of the unit my husband nearly ripped his fingers off and my grand daughter who is just 1 was touching the unit also, l took it the blade back to Murray Bridge store manager. I then went back to the store to get more furniture the deputy manager arranged for delivery of these however my husband waiting in all day taking time of work only to be told when l called at 5pm that they would not be delivered, l had to arrange for my husband to take time off work the next day, this has been a very bad experience on both occasions and when you speak to staff at the store the experience is not good ie what do you want me to do, as a customer l expect more for shopping at a local store
