First, the order had no supervision/follow up during the 2 months it took to assemble the order and ship it. Then they shipped it without knowing the U.S. customs requirements, so the package got delayed another month in customs. Still have yet to receive package.

Ordered for collection and they called same day to say that the order wasn’t going to be ready till the next day would I like it posted instead. Really friendly and helpful.
