They called to update me about my order and inform me only part of the order was in stock, they then sent out the items they had and then sent out the out of stock items when they had them at no extra delivery cost to me. They kept me well informed and were friendly to deal with.

Despite my setting out requirements for several high price items, I felt quite unwelcome and got the distinct feeling that I was more of a hindrance than a potential customer! May try again but my gut feeling is to stay with our current supplier, despite the longer drive.
