Jan 06,2024Where are these 5 star reviews coming from & are we talking about the same company? Pretty scathing review but if you run a small business I suggest you take a read. After years of using a previous poor tracking company, we went out to the market and found RAM, assuming these great reviews were true and the bad ones were one off’s, as you do. Stuart was keen to come to our office for the sales pitch, it all appeared really honest and understanding that we don’t have time for messing around on top of our usual daily runnings, so decided to go with them. I have truly never experienced such poor customer service in this sector or any other when attempting to resolve such simple technical issues such as not being able to access our online portal, receiving license checks, a few more. I’ve spent countless hours calling RAM, being passed around various members of uninterested staff, as much as I hate to go there they all sounded like teenagers with zero drive, and to be repeatedly told ‘it’s with the directors, we’ll call you back’ for it to not happen. It’s become an ongoing joke in our office to predict word for word how the conversations go, sometimes you have to laugh when it’s so appalling. It’s also unsurprising when the sales director Stuart passed on his mobile number during the promising sales pitch, assuming to provide us with ‘extra reassurance’, heard from the guy once since agreeing the contract despite us making numerous calls, texts and emails - classic. If you are a small business and don’t have the time to sit on your computer or phone chasing these people around then I would strongly advise against using RAM.

Jan 02,2024Having read some of the rave reviews on here about this company, I have to question why my customer experience is so poor (if they are all 100% genuine of course). We have RAM live and Ram tracking and the results we get from both are inconsistent to say the least. I have at times been unable to get footage that i require following some alleged serious incidents on the road. I have been sent clips that are totally wrong from what i requested. I have false speeding events on a regular basis, and now I don't get responses from the customer queries i am sending. I have requested to speak to higher people....ignored. Dont be fooled by these rave reviews because i promise, like me now, you will regret ever getting involved with this company. My 1st day back today and I have a vehicle that has start times on both systems 6 hours apart.
