Jan 26,2024Just got a phone call after requesting a quote- the operator kept talking over me, wouldn’t let me get a word in when replying or asking questions. It felt very rushed. When I said I will still be shopping around but would still like the emailed information she offered, she said OK and hung up on me while I was asking if they had my email address. Mid sentence. Will be using a different agency.
