The agent listened and understood my needs and was very explanatory. I received a good quote, however as I recently renewed my actual policy, I decided to wait up to next year to change of insurer, and avoid penalties.

Jun 20,2023Very simple process to get multiple quotes. Insurance policies (auto + car) up for renewal with an unreasonable increase. Shopped on Rates.ca and got quotations that were cheaper than my original policies. Spoke to an agent and within 15 mins was saving over $1k/year!

Jun 20,202324 years of driving record in Canada was not enough to get a better premium. Due to time constraint and some other reasons, I could not find all the driving records of all 24 years. But to every sensible person and system, 19 years of driving record which I provided, should have been more than enough to give me the best quote. But it did not happen. I wasted so much time on phone in vain. It is absolutely ridiculous and illogical to ask for 24 and 25 years old record.

Company offers quarterly charges based off one thousand kilometer distances and you must carry a device that is plugged into your car at all times. Total garbage service. Not worth the effort. Go for belair direct

Jun 24,2023Where do I start? Ashmeen P has gone over and above to help me switch insurance companies and was by far the best interaction I’ve ever had with an insurance agent. She was polite and very supportive in getting everything I need and she was always available when needed. We have emailed now for over a month back and forth and she was always there for me any time of the day. Way to go! If only my previous company had agents like her. You have made my anxiety diminish and I can now rest and know I’m taken care of. 10 stars from me!
