Raven is a housing association with a clear social purpose - building homes and changing lives in Surrey and Sussex
Great service, very professional.
Very tidy work very polite and professional would highly recommend great job done.
Raven are the shittest housing association. They deserved minus āļø stars they will not remove a fence that is protecting the mud and plants but my main point is the fence wasn't there before when we moved into this house. Here's A big! Boo! To raven housing association.

I was happy with the job what Bradley and Jack done with the pip behind my washing machine.
Quick efficient friendly! Would recommend Sam c. Every time
The operative was so friendly and very quickly understood the problem. He provided options about the best course of action and completed the work in a timely manner. Replaced the heat detector/carbon monoxide detector in a more suitable position to avoid it setting off the alarms every time I open the oven door. š
Jack and Bradley Done a fantastic job at my property fixing a leak on my sink and sorting my taps in my bathroom!
Had Jack & Bradley attended my property today to carry out a leak check. Both men were polite and friendly! Iām very happy with the service they provided
Amazing work. Polite. Very good and tidied up after
Very great work and very polite
Would not trust them as they will nick your land and mess with Community because people are having to sell their houses because of what they are doing Scum in a big way
If you can, do avoid this company. They use bureaucracy as a weapon and are technologically illiterate. My father had a stroke and their incompetence is making life quite difficult for him.
Excellent craftmanship! I was pleasantly surprised this morning, when Ian arrived to carry out some minor repairs in my bathroom. I was greeted with a smile, as well as a cheerful good morning. Shoe protectors in hand, and tool kit in the other. Ian got on with the work straight away. I could see that Ian was not only methodical, but he really took a pride in his work. Quite the professional. I believe that Ian is a credit to raven housing trust, and definitely deserves five stars !
Thieves and bullys. Despite having written permission, being in their policy, and being backed up by the disability services and local MP. The Warden has repeatedly threatened to take my mobility aid and wheelchair, each time I have shown the policy etc and that's settled it, but now the warden has not only taken my wheelchair but also sent 'costs for removal'. He also said he would remove the ramps that raven themselves put in! This is despite BUYING the property and having the head of health and safety sign off on the disability adjustments. The warden is a bully and no one at the offices seem interested in backing it up!
Raven knowingly sold me a house as part of shared ownership that they knew had the potential to flood. It has now flooded. None of this came up in any surveys. All Raven staff I speak to are aware of it. They have put my rent portion up by almost 50% of the original renting price, yet claim to be affordable housing. The house will no longer sell as it is a flood risk. They have always known about this issue and waited and waited for it to present as an issue, whilst charging rent and not dealing with it. They are an embarrassment to the concept of both social and affordable housing. There is no joined up thinking or collaborative work to deal with issues raised. They still insist on raising my rent, even though my house flooded and they have provided no compensation.
