The 'Energy" range really did boost my mood and productivity. I loved the "Stress" range it really did stabilise my mood swings and reduce PMS symptoms and calm my mind and thoughts. the 'Detox' range was intense, as a detox should be and is never fun lol but extremely effective for eradicating toxins. I finished on the "Immune" range to strengthen and infuse my gut with good probiotics after the cleansing week. I whole heartedly recommend the 30day box to try out each of the 4 product ranges.
