Jul 13,2024I purchased a particular shade of Zinsser Allcoat exterior water based gloss a few weeks ago. It was a great product to apply and the finish when cured was fantastic. Unfortunately the colour was a bit lighter and brighter than we anticipated. I reached out to Rawlins Paints and explained my situation, initially asking if a dye could be added to the paint to make a darker, richer shade. That wasn't possible, however, they suggested that I try a sample of another shade which I agreed to do. I also sought and was provided with advice from Rawlins Technical Director. The sample arrived within a couple of days and to my surprise I wasn't charged for it. When I tried the sample it was exactly what we were looking for. I cannot recommend Rawlins Paints highly enough. It is clearly a very professional and highly experienced provider of specialist paints.

Jul 15,2024Good customer services, great products and great prices, however postage was very expensive therefore made the paint cost over £13 more than local paint suppliers. If I could’ve waited for another two days, i would have done this. Charging this amount for postage was way over what needs ti be charged.
