Jul 03,2024I wanted to order some paint but I only had a code number for the paint. I phoned customer service and they were super helpful, pointing out I was about to order the wrong colour. I ordered the paint and delivery was quick. Excellent service.

Jul 02,2024First rate product a pleasure to paint with, I was trying to achieve a spray finish using a brush I was more than pleased, I felt the delivery was a little long winded but I don't think I read the terms correctly, I will without a doubt be using Rawlins again now I have found the product that suits my projects, PS, when chasing delivery I spoke to a young lady who was very helpful and I didn't get passed from pillow to post, well done

Jul 02,2024Ordered paint and paid £6 for delivery. After 10 days still no order had arrived, I contacted the company who tracked it down to still being in their warehouse. I was told it would be put on next day delivery. In the end it was 14 days to get it.No wonder people shop on Amazon with service like this. I then had to email the company with an issue with the order and didn’t even get the courtesy of a reply. I’d never shop with them again.

Jul 01,2024Ordered some Chartwell Green gloss to paint some doors for my Mum in Law to match her new upvc back door. This paint transformed her shed & coal house doors & was a perfect colour match to her new UPVC door . It has transformed the look of her porch & was easy to use. I had a hitch in the delivery address due to a paypal mix up but the customer service department were excellent & ensured it got delivered on time to the right place. A great company to deal with, buy with confidence.

So I decided to purchase. The paint is superior quality and worth every penny. I have used a few different brands before and nothing compares to this one, also a little goes a long way! The customer service of this company was second to none, they were so helpful and friendly, with no pressure to purchase and offered practical advice for application. Would 100% recommend, and use again
