The team looks at your DNA, blood, habits, and interests and pushes you to find your purpose, sleep better, and contribute to your community while building muscle, eating healthy, and pushing yourself forward. I was taken back by how much the team cared about my health. Having a doctor, nutritionist, geneticist, and strength coach pushed me each week and made me do better, which helped me set a foundation for my health.

Aug 08,2024I am really enjoying my experience with Rebel Health. Their comprehensive approach to my health is just what I was looking for. Their team, consisting of - Dr. Deep, Nutritionist, Nurse, Physical Trainer, geneticist - all combine to get you the answers you need to build a solid, all encompassing plan to improve your health. I joined because my blood pressure was steadily increasing and my bloodwork was moving in the wrong direction and I did NOT want to go on meds the rest of my life. After just 6 weeks of working with the team, my BP went from 150's over 100's to 120's over 80's and my cholesterol dropped 40 points and my triglycerides dropped 50 points. Their comprehensive blood labs and analysis of your numbers allows them to be very effective at getting to the root cause of your issues and devising plans to correct them. If you are looking for a team that will give you the tools to take your health into your own hands and not be dependent on medication the rest of your life, Rebel Health is a great choice.

I knew going in that they're focused on holistic, personalized care and health optimization, but I honestly didn't really know exactly what that would look like. I figured they'd recommend a bunch of supplements and order a few "extra" labs that most doctors don't see as necessary. While they do these things, they do so much more. RHA has a truly integrative approach, with an entire team working to support you and ensure thorough, consistent care. I've been blown away at how much time the team has clearly spent discussing the best plan of action for me based on my concerns and goals. Every single person has been eager to meet with me as often as I'd like to talk about larger health goals and concerns or things as small as specific food options given my genetic results and preferences or the best warmup routine for my bothersome hip! Dr. Deep didn't hesitate to order specialized labs and tests to try to get to the root of some issues I've been experiencing for decades--things other doctors have either completely ignored or simply chalked up to "being a working mother" or "getting older" (I'm 44!). At the same time, he's not going to order or pressure you to do unnecessary expensive testing. The entire team clearly views health in a truly holistic manner and are all clearly on the cutting edge of their subspecialities. I very quickly upgraded from an annual to a lifetime membership. As a female, it can be challenging to find a medical team that takes your concerns seriously, but Dr Deep really took the time to listen to me and carefully create a plan that was bespoke to me and evidence based. Jul 25,2024The staff did a great job identifying the root cause of a health issue. We got it taken care of and, in one month, I was able to finally lose weight. I think that the mainstream health system misses many things because the system is focused on treating illness rather than preventing them. My thyroid issues would have never been discovered had it not been for Rebel Health Alliance.

Doctor Deep and the team have done what no other doctors have been able to for a couple especially frustrating hormone-related problems - all natural, no meds required. That alone has been worth the price. They also check labs no other doctors I've been to have really bothered with, not to mention the Epigenetics and nutrition counseling.

Jul 24,2024I would give it less than zero, if possible, only because of the their medical director, Dr. Deep. I wasted $5k on this program because I saw a Mayo Clinic doctor and thought he would have great knowledge. I’m pretty healthy and take natural healthcare seriously. I was struggling horribly with menopause and Jack Murphy assured me Deep had a ton of experience with menopause. Nothing could be further from the truth. He literally gaslit me to say maybe I’m depressed and want to try antidepressant. He came to both of my virtual visits with no plan outlined. When I pushed, he offered synthetic hrt, not even bioidental, when that’s the gold standard. And he was quite belligerent when offering that. I’ve asked for a refund and got zero response. Absolutely a waste of time and money.

Mar 14,2024Rebel Health Alliance is a bold experiment in returning healthcare to the level of quality that existed back during the 70s and 80s. It's an excellent corrective to today's corporate, "one-size-fits-all" overpriced and less effective healthcare model. The only reason I withheld a star is there are still some procedural hiccups that they are working through.
