The product took far too long to arrive. I only ordered a cushion cover but it took 2 months to get to me.

Andrew was amazing when he came out, no question was too silly and he was so knowledgeable and happy to explain what he was recommending and why it would/could be better. He helped me go over my options and we came up with my chair specs together. Once the office had my order (and I remembered to add a belt!) and my deposit, off the order went to the manufacturer. Who managed to fluff up twice. First they sent the wrong chair, then the right chair with no back. Disappointed didn't cover it, but after Anna passed me on to Karen, she assured me she was chasing them and we were going to get it sorted, and Karen definitely got it sorted. It was a few months late, not due to Recare, but my chair arrived (thank you Andrew!) and it's perfect. I'm super happy with my chair, I couldn't have done it without Andrews knowledge and Karen chasing the manufacturer for me. Definitely worth the wait, even if I was beyond frustrated at points. Thank you so much guys.

Ordered ramp that said βin stockβ so expected it by return. Still waiting nearly 2 weeks later so cancelled the order. Also no updates from this company, had to chase things up myself.
How can you rate something that you have purchased and been told by Klarna the order as been done & will take payment soon ? no payment been taken, no reply to mail that i sent you and you can send mail asking for a response to how well you have done ? i think you are joking
I had a great experience with Recare when purchasing my wheelchair and accessories. James gave honest advice about the wheelchairs I was interested in, helped me decide which was best for me and made ordering it simple. I was incredibly excited to get the phone call saying it had arrived in record time thanks to James going above and beyond to get it made quickly. On collection everything was explained to me and little adjustments made to make sure it was just right. I was reminded I can return if adjustments are needed in the future and will happily return to Recare for future purchases.

Recare were fantastic - efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. I dealt with James who was fab. They didn't have the original size cushion I wanted in stock so we tried another which turned out to be too long. I was able to send it straight back and James hunted down a correct size from demo stock for me and had it delivered within 24hrs. A pleasure to deal with and would wholeheartedly recommend.

Having had the need to rely on this type of retailer for many years, it was a relief when we discovered Recare. We have found them to be fantastic. They arrive when they say they will arrive and they do exactly what they say they will do. Knowing we could rely on Recare over the last year has been a weight lifted from our shoulders.
This Company went out of there way to help me. I purchased a wheelchair chair from a different company but due the current pandemic they went bust, This left me with no support with repairs and other things :( I got in touch with Recare started talking to James he listened to my situation and he went above and beyond to support me and my repairs. Amazing Company. James has been incredibly helpful arranging delivery of wheelchair parts after original company went into administration, Recare took over Distribution for my wheelchair, and having had to wait a while due to covid-19 and shipping issues have been nothing other than amazing, great communication and really looked after me as a customer!!
