Jan 13,2020I'm close to the end of this course and i can say that it has helped me a great deal. The customer service i have received is unreal. will be definitely recommending this course to others. ***Updated**** PLEASE READ----> Do not go with redbridge! i was forced to type this and send a screen shot to get an extention on the exam voucher! Unprofessional people. save your money! get a book and pay for the exam yourself directly. The training videos are rubbish. the only decent thing was the livelabs and yet again you can get them cheaper if you go direct!

The support team is great, the materials they give for studying are plentiful and for those who are a bit doubtful you can always pay in installments! Particularly doing a cybersecurity course, Ray has been amazing in guiding me through the whole process so far. Happy days!

Nov 01,2019Just signed up for cyber course after months of talking to different providers and doubting myself. Came across redbridgecourse and spoke to RAY! Couldnt of asked for a better personal to talk ro regarding the course. Honest and straight talking not trying to force me to buy anything he knew that wouldnt benefit me as I am just a beginner. Price wise the cheapest on the market and yes includes exams :))) Cant wait to get moving.

Oct 14,2019DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! the sales team persistently contacted me to sell me the course, when I purchased the course I opted for the monthly payment option, the company sneakily took a monthly payment and an annual payment. When I asked for a refund as I had been charged double I didn't get a satisfactory response until I contacted my bank. they had the cheek to take 2 monthly premiums and charge me an annual payment, why would I buy 2 courses? they refunded the monthly premiums incorrectly, I wanted the annual premium refunding. This company and their careless attitude made me lose faith in their product altogether! I am still waiting for a full refund for everything, I have never used or logged in to the course.

Oct 03,2019My first touch with Redbridge was over the phone when I was doing some research about finding the best possible choices regarding an online course of cyber security.During the conversation with the customer representative from Redbridge , I felt that I’m speaking with someone who wants to explain me what the course is for, not trying to sell me this package with lots of benefits I don’t need just like everyone else from the rival companies . He highlighted me the tools included, the optimal time of passing it and the flexibility of paying it monthly but still with the idea that I can go to my first exam after a month of preparation.The course is not only video materials , but there are many games included which can help u remember the terminology easier.The best part is that even when you think that you’re ready u can use the access to “measure up” site for free where you can make an official rehearsal of your built knowledge so far . I’m really feeling prepared for my first exam of A+ and I’m really inpatient to start preparing for my next exam where I will have access to the live labs where I’ll get in touch with different computer systems ,connecting and manipulating them from the comfort of my own home .

Apr 29,2019I started my course on the 22nd of March since that time I really learn a lots of things regarding IT. some people said that the training is expensive but if you look properly, you are going to learn new thing which will provide your a new career and with IT career you will be able to earn better salary. Is about investing in yourself!!! Regarding the support, RedBridge has always been there when needed through email, phone... And didn’t charge me any fees for exceptional late payment which I think is very thaugh full. I recommend this training, to anyone who want to develop their career and/or creat all new one. 🙂

Mar 18,2020I took the MOS course with Red bridge to improve my knowledge on Microsoft. This course is broken down in 2 stages 1 stage -online lessons covering all levels followed by mock tests to see if you understood each office softwares. 2nd stage - Gmetrix that helps get ready ready for the real exams. I loved the fact that you can not rush into Gmetrix without completing and passing each course. By stage 1 you should feel confident with the platform you re studying for, these online course are very details and suit all levels werther this is your first time using Microsoft or not. Once you've completed the online course, it's time to use Gmetrix an awesome platform that really gives you the opportunity to be confident for your exams, it looks exactly like your exam will, times you the same way ect.. the thing I love the most on Gmetrix is the fact that you can review all your mistakes after a mock exam that way you can focus on the things you don't understand or find difficult. It's a guarantee pass course. Not to forget to mention the back office support team who's always quick to get back to you. I was lucky to always speak to Ray showed me throughout my time on this course that my success on this course mattered to him. He always took time to advise me on the best approaches to give me the best chance to pass. I would recommend Red bridge to anyone who wants to get a qualification while working full time.
