It was great being able to speak to Jeremy to clarify any doubts I had about purchasing the Zopec Explore 8200 Portable UPS/Battery for CPAP. Delivery was very quick. It is easy to use and I have not had a single night's broken sleep as a result of loadshedding. I would recommend this product to anybody who uses CPAP.

I am quadriplegic and use a CPAP machine as I suffer from sleep apnea. I ordered an O2 ring online, as I needed to monitor my blood oxygen levels. I was a bit skeptical to be honest, as it stated on the order form that you could claim back from your medical aid, but you needed to provide motivation from your doctor, but you had to pay upfront, and Redmark, would forward the motivation to your medical aid? I had an amazing online experience as I was contacted, to find out when the most suitable time was for delivery. In total it did not even take 72 hours and I had my O2 ring and my medical aid has already refunded me in full.

The best service I've ever received from any company! I highly recommend Redmark! Ordered my CPAP device and received it the very next day! They even offered me a better and more expensive face mask at no extra cost! What's even more amazing is their after sale service. They called me a week later just to find out how everything is going and what my experience is like with the device. Thank you very much for everything! Such a pleasure to do business with Redmark! You guys saved my life with the best equipment at the most reasonable price.

Would be nice if explanation of product sizing would be explained in product info and not after purchase when product isn’t correct sizing with no return on masks wasted money for expensive product With no use
