Jan 02,2025Purchased a couple of miners through the web site. Transaction process was easy and smooth. Product shipped as expected, but DHL indicated that it was delivered to another city. Reached out through the online chat function on the website and received an immediate response from Michael. He engaged his team to research what happened to the equipment. They determined that the DHL site was inaccurate and the product was delivered to the correct location. They stayed in contact while I traveled to the delivery location and confirmed that product had arrived. Their customer service is excellent and would recommend them.

Dec 28,2024I bought a antminer L7 about two weeks ago with the hosting package, and I'll tell you I could be happier with my rig. Prices are very fair and they don"t change day to day like some of these other places I checked out. Shipped on time and the next day I was up a running. Michael and Vi made the whole process very easy, explained everything I asked, and very knowledgeable. They are very easy to get in touch with ,witch to me is the most important thing. I'll be definitely doing business with Refined Capital again!!

Shopping for a miner left me concerned about sending crypto to an overseas company and never seeing anything in return, I was happy when I found Refined Capital, an American company that accepted PayPal and credit cards, I know a lot of people like to pay with crypto, but I like the safety that PayPal offers, Michael was great to work with explained all the options and shipping processes, so nice to have American people to talk to and answer questions.My miner arrived via DHL in the time frame expected, very pleased with Refined Capital, I’ll definitely be purchasing another miner with them soon, and I would not hesitate to pay with crypto now that I know I can trust them.

Dec 19,2024One of the most important aspects of running a company is the ability to troubleshoot and rectify problems - to address your customers' issues quickly and with a high degree of expertise. Mining rigs can be VERY finicky. Vi and Michael were not only able to assist me remotely - as if they were actually on-site - but also sent me a couple of replacement parts free of charge. These guys really know what they're doing and will go out of their way (even during off hours) to assist you and service their products. When you purchase from Refined, you're purchasing THAT.

Dec 19,2024Honest Company, they were extremely easy to work with. I bought L9's from them in the middle of a bull run rally and it basically caused the prices of the equipment to go up to where they couldn't honor the original quoted price. Although frustrating I understood why and appreciated how hard they worked to make sure the refunds processed onto my cards asap so I could buy equipment elsewhere. Definitely not a scam company like some of them out there and really appreciate this, would consider trying them again in the future but for that transaction we had to go another route to secure a better price. Also comforting that they accept credit cards unlike some of the other companies out there. Thanks!

Michael personally contacted me and informed me that my account may not be up to date, and the next thing ya know my machines are back to normal! Excellent all around.

Nov 13,2024I recently attempted to purchase a Bitmain L9 machine from Refined Capital and feel compelled to share my disappointing experience. Throughout the process, I encountered several concerning issues. The most troubling aspect was the additional charges after I had purchased the machine if I wanted to continue the order, including a double charge for shipping. This created confusion and eroded my trust in Refined Capital's business practices. During my interactions, I also found the information provided to be inconsistent and misleading. Though they are a U.S. based company, their "in stock" item was not stocked in the USA and I would have to wait for an end of month delivery from a supplier in an overseas country. However, they did provide a full refund at termination of the order and offered free shipping for a future order in response to the poor purchasing experience. The overall experience left me feeling that Refined Capital engages in unfair business tactics. For future potential customers reading this review, I suggest getting final pricing and shipping ETAs in writing before making a purchase from Refined Capital.

Any questions or concerns I had were quickly and professionally answered night or day. The inventory is broad with all the top brands. The prices are market average with some really good deals popping up occasionally. All mine came DHL Express and took 3-5 days without any customs or taxes due. After almost nearly purchasing from two scam websites previously, I'll continue to purchase from RC for a worry free transaction.
