Jun 27,2023Thank you very much for providing an excellent Dell i5 co,puter it is the best thing I ever had it is furiously fast it is even faster than my Lenovo T540s i7 touch screen that also have SSD. I am very pleased with the computer, I can only say thank you for this excellent device.

Apr 06,2023Monitor arrived the day after ordering, it was (almost) exactly what I needed... Excellent condition, reliable and functional. Very good price. I didn't think to check first if my laptop had a VGA port - it doesn't, so I bought a converter to use the laptop HDMI port. Delighted with RefreshedByUs will use them again!

Mar 06,2023Recently bought a monitor which is working fine. However, I was disappointed with the condition of it when it arrived. Even though it was grade A, it was really dirty and covered in finger prints. I had to get it disinfected and cleaned before I used it. I think all items should be cleaned before sent out.

Jan 13,2023Unknown company to me, found them online with a very good Trust Piolet rating. My Dell monitor had stpped working after 13 years, and looking for a reasonably priced replacement. Found one at this comany and orderd it. Paid extra for next day as I was out of action on my main PC. Everything went exactly to plan and I am now up and running again. Thanks to what seems to be a very high quality company.
