There was a fault on the monitor I received (a line of damaged pixels down the screen). I contacted the company who responded very promptly. They sent me a slightly better than I had ordered replacement a few days later. It's working perfectly. Things go wrong for all companies sometimes and I dont think you can ask for better than this.

Delivery to ROI was really quick and the monitor I bought came in perfect condition. The spec of the monitor is very high in comparison to what can be bought from stores currently. I’m very happy and have recommend to lots of people who are also very happy!

Happy with the process. The monitor is as described and works great. I had paid for speedy delivery but somehow delivery got held up. When I emailed to say it had not arrived in the 1-2 day window I paid extra for, I got a quick response and an offer to refund the extra charge if it did not arrive that day. It did, so all good! :)

Incredibly fast service. I couldn't believe how quickly I received my products because I ordered from ROI, and their customer service is excellent too. Everything I bought was in impeccable condition, so it really is great value whilst also being sustainable! I will definitely use them again and will recommend to others. Great service! 10/10

Second time that I've used RBU and I haven't been disappointed on either occassion. This time through we ordered a B grade machine and fully expected a few scratches/marks from the previous user, there were a few but none that made the machine less useful or terribly bad. As for the laptop itself, brilliant, all very easy to use and even better this time round as it was preloaded and didn't require a license code or any other faff. Straight out the box and into use. Super service, well packaged without using too much environmental impact of over packaging. Really recommend using these good folks, get a great machine at a super price and help the environment too. What's not too like!

I bought a computer from them with a 12 month warranty (great specs for the price); when the power supply failed after 7 months and I sent it back for repair or substitution, I was told that the warranty was void because I installed Linux on it. After leaving a negative review on Tripadvisor, they ended up honouring the warranty. So: top marks for value, but they should do something to improve their customer service.

I asked for despatch of this purchase to be delayed and my request was carried out to the letter. However the charger supplied with the laptop was faulty (it actually had the word 'faulty' written on it very faintly!) and the promised replacement was not despatched until I enquired of its whereabouts. Nevertheless, Sales dealt with my enquiries promptly and courteously at all times and I would use the company again. I have always considered that how a company handles problems is a better marker for them than providing perfect service since in any organisation errors occur.

The quality of the Laptop I ordered satisfied all my requirements. It was a gift for an educational charity in Africa. My order was processed quickly and the laptop despatched inside 2 days as promised. It would have been helpful to know if I could have collected my order in person, from Refreshed By Us, as this would have suited me better. I am very pleased with the level of service and product quality. I recommend Refreshed By Us to anyone looking for good value, reconditioned quality laptops. Thank you. Well done.
