Apr 23,2024I made a mistake and when I contacted Regency Hampers they were able to make the changes I required straight away. They came back to me very quickly and were very efficient and amenable. The hamper was well received by the friend it was sent to, she was very impressed by the contents and quality of the hamper.

Mar 23,2024Ive bought a number of products from here and mighty impressed. I love the custom hampers! SO much nicer to be able to choose the items you know your recipient will like. So many hamper companies you always get stuff you just wouldn't choose. Once had to call and rearrange delivery which was handled perfectly. Great service. Really recommend. They are my go to company for hampers now.

Mar 22,2024Ordered on the Friday and my recipient received the hamper the next day at 8am. I never seen the contents of the above, but was sent a photo and an over joyous message. I can be a somewhat harsh reviewer at times, but can’t find one fault. Well done Regency Hampers, I will be using you again.

Mar 21,2024I ordered the Mother’s Day hamper. When I visited my mother I noticed that the hamoer was a lot smaller than I expected. I felt disappointed as the overall cost was approximately £60 and not worth the money. I also paid £5 extra for a foil balloon to go along with the hamper but the balloon was an extremely small balloon on a plastic stick (rather like one you’d buy for a little child) rather than a full sized balloon as I was expecting and definitely not worth the extra cost. It made the gift look cheap and I was disappointed especially as I have ordered a number of hampers of a similar price which have been impressive.

Mar 10,2024Mothers day hamper off my son, price £80, down to £64with discount... could buy the contents separately for £33.78... poor value for money. Website states items may be substituted but contents WILL always be worth more... so unless they packaged it in the most expensive basket they could find then this item is definitely not worth the price paid.. PLUS £6+ Saturday delivery cost.

Feb 15,2024This is the 3rd hamper I have got from Regency Hampers and they are always amazing. The fact that you can personalise them and remove/add different items is fantastic. The last one I sent was to a colleague who had just become a dad for the 2nd time and I added some chocolate for the new "big brother" which went down very well.
