Now when everything goes well then you do not notice this. But when something goes wrong and you need their help then that is where Regency Hampers win hands down. They always do everything they possibly can to ensure you are happy and the hampers arrive in excellent condition. That is a huge differentiator and the main reason I always choose Regency Hampers

Jan 02,2024Ordering on the website was very straightforward. The delivery was very good as well, no complaints. I however ordered about 6 hampers in total over Christmas and I feel that the contents are a but small (in value) in comparison to the money paid. Too little inside for the price paid. I guess you are paying for the basket, packaging and delivery in that case.

Jan 02,2024The item came within the notified time. Looked nice but the issue was the box it came in. It did not look as impressive as I was expecting and was let down by poor construction. The sliding lid did not move until we got a pair of pliers on it and managed to wiggle it open. Not something that I would expect the recipient to of the gift to be doing. Ended up having to sandpaper the wood quite a bit to allow it to slide on and off by hand. Inside the sweets were nicely boxed off.

Jan 02,2024Website easy to use & photos of the products are clear, so you can see exactly what you are buying! The hamper I chose was a gift for my sister & she was delighted with it! She was blown away with the packaging - she said it was absolutely beautiful! The contents were of amazing quality & said she felt very “posh” tucking into the delicious goodies! Money very well spent - Thank You!
