Oct 11,2024Mony and Adam truly offer a 5* service whether a vendor or purchaser. I have used the guys for a number of years now, to find me investment properties in the North, North West and West London postal codes and I am delighted to say they always come up trumps with some outstanding properties. They are truly professional, honest and unlike many Estate Agents, cut through the BS and only offer sound advise. In my experience they are right at the top of their game.

They know the neighbourhood very well and have developed great relationships with building agents and third party contractors which resulted in effect resolutions of matters needed to close out tenancy agreements. Highly recommended!

I can absolutely confirm this and have myself recommended the firm to a friend. When I first got in touch I immediately felt in good hands. Mony is not only quick, responsive and highly reliable but also a very kind person. He was patiently answering several questions related to housing etc in the UK (I was moving there from Germany) and provided very good orientation and guidance. Even after the contract with the landlord was signed he offered his help with overcoming some of the obstacles I was confronted with related to moving and as an expat. I wouldn‘t hesitate for a second to engage him again!

Oct 23,2017From my initial call to selecting the perfect flat for myself and a friend; Karen provided a seamless experience. I high recommend her company and her expertise. My preferences were listened to and we kept to our budget range. The letting process felt so simple and easy. We were driven to each property where a sales agent was waiting to welcome us to view the property. We had a great selection of properties to look at which were wittled down to our favourite 3-5. Selecting our favourite flat was just as seamless and stress-free as the rset of the experience. I would definately use this service again and explore the other services that they have in the future.
