Reina radiators are great value for money. I would recommend them to anyone who wants good looking quality radiators without the hefty price tag. My plumber said they are decent and that he has seen terrible quality radiators for much more money!
My radiators arrived quick there wasn't any issue or anything to report the retailer. The radiators look great just thought I would give the manufacturer credit as the quality is outstanding.
This company can’t even be honest about dispatching items. You waste your own time and money waiting for them to deliver items Absolute sack of shite, do not give your money to these clowns
Bought a Reina Misa stainless steel towel radiator for my new bathroom which looks beautiful and is guaranteed for 25 years but …….. the radiator is not sufficient BTUs to heat my small 7ft square bathroom . This is down to the Delta 70 rating used by the manufacturer and seeing as most UK domestic boilers from 2005 are Delta 50 ,you need to convert the BTU number to Delta 50 to get the true value of the BTU ,to see if the radiator is powerful enough . I was unaware of this and on scouring the internet for top quality similar manufacturers I found them all to be using a Delta rating of 50 ! I don’t think the importance of this is made very clear by retailers or this manufacturer and a costly mistake could be avoided if it was . Once you have fitted the radiator and drilled your new expensive tiles it is very difficult to find something else with a higher BTU ,that will cover the drill holes . So it’s an expensive , beautiful but cold bathroom for us ☹️ I’d also be interested in knowing why Reina use Delta 70 which applied to UK boilers prior to 2005 and in 2005 this was changed to Delta 50 to conform with the EU countries ? Very confusing for customers.
I love my Raw Metal Reina Colona's the look very sleek and modern yet have a traditional touch, the heat output is great. I would purchase these again!!
Cannot fault the radiators that i purchased online, they look good and heat my living room/kitchen very well. I would recommend Reina to my friends and family or anyone looking for a decent radiator that doesn't cost the earth.
Ordered 20 Reina radiators, they arrived palletised, No damage or defects to report and the manufacturing quality seems consistently good. I will certainly order Reina for future builds and they offer a quality to value ratio in my opinion you can't get elsewhere.
Bought a Reina towel radiator and a casina radiator for my office, they look great and do a great job at keeping the place warm. Kind Regard's Max
Fab rads look the part and also do a fantastic job at heating my I home I would recommend the Colona 100 percent!
Nice to know there are some companies out there that are bothered about their customers, I would recommend Reina as the radiators are well packaged and for the price that I paid they are top class! I reckon you would have to spend 2-3 times as much to get the same with another brand. The Colona in raw metal looks great.
Several months later my Reina Colona radiators are still great, no leaks and heat well. 100 Percent happy with them.
Did not expect the quality to be so good for the price. I would order Reina radiators again, certainly would recommend the Reina Nika to anyone looking for a decent electric radiator.
Fantastic radiators and at an affordable price, I highly doubt you will beat this brand. The Reina casina that I ordered looks great and offers excellent heat output very happy with it indeed.
Ordered several Reina radiators, consistent quality cannot fault any of them, my plumber commented how good they were for the price.
Lost my fitting instructions the guys in technical were very helpful they emailed me a pdf straight away.
Very good experience from start to finish, quick delivery but more importantly a quality radiator!! For the price point you cannot go wrong with the Reina casina range I would order this model again 100 percent!
Very pleased with the Reina radiators that I have purchased, they arrived quickly and the quality is outstanding, I don't think you can beat them in regards to value for money.
Very nice radiator, for the money you cant go wrong with Reina radiators. Delivery was also very fast too
Absolute cowboys. Been waiting for 3 months for my order and now stock turns up they don't have enough so they don't service my order and have decided to discontinue the product. So now I am stuck with pipes sticking out of the walls specifically for this radiator size and no radiator or solution. Don't use, absolutely terrible customer service.

Feb 17,2025Ordered this to pre-heat our conservatory before opening up in the morning. I guess you get what you pay for!!! Serre Wi-Fi electric radiator, £140. It’s like something out of the 1970s! Poorly made, just a wire heater element with a thin bit of tin around it & a basic touch control panel bolted on. The app is as basic and clunky as hell. For Programmed heating you have Comfort/On, Eco/Off & Enum 3/Anti-Freeze?? The thing has a mind of its own and switches on whenever it feels like it. Wished we’d sent it back immediately. Probably give it away eventually. Really shoddy piece of kit.
