Nov 29,2022I received their black Friday offer. Miserable 5% off. On a 1k GBP order it was 40GBP of savings. Money got out of my account. But then an email from them saying transaction canceled because of Fraud and that I might have entered my details incorrectly? Called them. Lady that answered seem to have no clue about what customer service is by the way she's talking to you! Asked me to to do the transaction again and to be very careful about my info. OK. Do it again, although pretty sure all the info was correct the first time. But they are off for the weekend now... Money deducted. On Monday, when they're back in the office, another email about fraudulent transaction and offering me to send money via bank transfer. But now paying more for it. No miserable 40 GBP discount and plus admin fees (probably in order to help that uneducated lady I had on the phone to process the payment manually with her fat fingers! 😂). My guess is that Revolut is flagging them as fraud and not allowing transactions with them to go through! Avoid this website! Only a waste of your time!
