Ho effettuato un ordine pochi giorni fa, ed oggi 24/10/2022 ricevo una telefonata da DHL che il mio ordine è fermo in dogana perché non sono stati pagati gli oneri doganali per un ammontare di 78,51€. Contatto Reliable Medicare su whatsapp e mi scrivono questo “ Buongiorno, per le spedizioni internazionali non siamo in grado di calcolare l'IVA su ogni pacco che sarà valutata dalla vostra dogana locale. Includiamo l'IVA solo per gli ordini spediti nel Regno Unito”. Se dovevo pagare gli oneri doganali per quale motivo non mi è stato detto nulla nel momento in cui facevo l’ordine? Non c’è scritto sul vostro sito che gli oneri doganali sono a mie spese se fuori dal Regno Unito!!! E per quale motivo precedentemente quando ho effettuato altri ordini non ho mai pagato gli oneri doganali? Non farò mai più un ordine dal vostro sito, MAI PIÙ!!!!!!!! I placed an order a few days ago, and today 24/10/2022 I receive a call from DHL informing me that my order is stopped at customs because no customs duties have been paid in the amount of € 78.51. Contact Reliable Medicare on whatsapp and write me this "Hi, for international shipping we are unable to calculate VAT on every package which will be assessed by local customs. We only include VAT for orders shipped to the UK". If I had to pay customs duties, because I was not told anything when ordering? It is not written on your site that customs duties are at my expense if out of the UK !!! And why I never paid customs duties when Did I place any other orders? I will never place an order from your site again, NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!! Reply to the comment received from trustedmedicare on 10/31/2022 On the site it is not written that customs duties are to be paid by the customer if outside the UK !!! and why when I made purchases on your site on 08/12/2020 for a total of £ 318.82 and on 19/12/2020 for the sum of £ 123.14 you didn't charge me customs duties? if it's as you say I would have paid them even in that case !!! I have never been told by you that the customs taxes are at my expense, and I repeat it is not written on the site !!!

I ordered two products but I only received one. I called for inquire. I’ve been told because there only one left so they send one and refund an other one without let me know or ask my permission. That means I need order one from an other company and pay £10 postage too. I wish they ask me before sending one product. I don’t want pay postage for two times

Unfortunately I cannot give many stars as I never received the product I ordered. I was sold something not actually in stock and I was only notified about this once I called myself after few days to actually add something else to the order. If not for that God knows when I would have been told. Waiting for refund - wonder how long that will take now. Lost confidence.
