They did exactly what they said they would! They gave me cost up front no hidden fees and I'm out of my timeshare. We signed up with them in March right before covid and I was out of my timeshare by October. I honestly believe they would have gotten me out sooner if not for pandemic. Super happy with results and professionalism of company

I am so thankful to Resort Advisory group, I was stuck with a timeshare I was never able to use. I literally used it twice in the 8 years that I owned it, ridiculous! This team was so informative and helpful. From the beginning they explained what their process was and took the time to follow up with me every month for updates. Yes, it did take a while for me to get out but you just have to be patient. All good things take time. Now I'm free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It took a year and $7,000 but I'm our to the Marriott Vacation Club. Resort Advisory and law group were helpful and kept me informed. Yes, I recommend them.

I am very satisfied with the service that RAG, Resort Advisory Group, provided in the successful cancellation of my time shares. They were great at communicating where we were in the process that took approximately a year from start to finish. I had another company talk to me about how they could help me, but I felt pressured by them and just not comfortable. I selected RAG after speaking with them at length and I am happy to say that they were honest and caring to deal with…And Successful!!

RA has provided professional care for me for the most part. Except for changes in staff on what appeared to be a frequent basis, everything has been handled well.
