The fit is exact, the build quality exceeds my expectations and instructions are clear. The cost, including all shipping costs, was less than the cost of a single manufacturers bucket. Good company, good service and good product.

Feb 22,2021contacted them by e-mail and on fb -only one reply on fb -yes ye replied to the first message but not after that ,have received promotion e-mails but not a reply to my e-mail enquiry -not sure how people can say they have great customer service?

Feb 22,2021Ordered the goods (great price) and they were here 48 hours later. Carrier had a tail lift, unloaded himself! Will be returning for more buckets soon.

Feb 21,2021Brilliant service. Two orders now. Both arrived next day, perfect condition. Unfortunately one of the orders was incorrect however it was sorted with an exchange the next day. No hassle, no questions, will be using them again! Highly recommended.

Feb 17,2021After several attempts. Finally was able to get a bucket bought and delivered. It did not fit, and according to their “fitment guarantee” I attempted over the course of a month to contact, via email, and phone. Was never once contacted. Will never do business with Rhinox again. Just buy local save yourself the trouble. *Update, after seeing my negative post they called me, offered to help. I asked in what way? They asked me what I wanted, said I wanted a bucket that fit, was then offered compensation. They also told me they had no record of me attempting to contact them.Never received either. I suppose thats the risk you take buying online, just make sure you have a welder, cutting torch, and the know-how to fit the bucket. I would just say spend the money and get a better built bucket, or be prepared to fab it.

Feb 17,2021Great customer service. I ordered a bucket for my E 20 bobcat for 1/2 the price of the dealers price. It showed up with in a week. The bucket is of great quality and it fit like a glove on the machine. I will be purchasing another bucket soon.
