After an exhaustive online search for parts for my Kubota K008 excavator, I settled on Rhinox to supply 2 new buckets, links, and pins. I was leery of ordering such items from across the Atlantic, but their prices saved me a substantial sum compared to purchasing *just* one new bucket from Kubota here in the States. I placed my order on a Sunday afternoon, and 5 days later, my order arrived. Sadly, a box was damaged in transit, allowing one part to escape, but the rest was fine and fit wonderfully. Without quibble, they agreed to send me the missing part, so no complaints are due. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for similar needs.

Buckets were excellent quality. Arrived next day. We also paid twice in an error on our part. Rhinox contacted us immediately and refunded the over payment. Great service.
