I've had no contact from customer service after I complained about shipping processing follow up , told it was shipped on a Friday when shipping agent picked up on the following Monday, delivery 4 days late after promised date and no contact since . item bought was excellant but customer support severely lacking

Excellent delivery, came early the day after ordering so was able to take the parts to site with us. Ordered a pair of bucket links, they weren't the original cast Kubota ones, but were nicely cut from thick steel plate. This was approx. 3mm thicker than the original part and had the bolt hole drilled perfectly through the centre, whereas the original kubota part the hole was drilled 2mm off centre, closer to the arm, the combined effect meant only half the bolt hole was visable. Fortunately we had a suitable drill bit with us that was just about sharp enough to enlarge the hole, working from both sides, to eventually allow us to get the bolt through. We only replaced the broken bolted link, if we had replaced both, we would have needed a decent sharp drill bit and would probably have rotated the pin 90 degrees to produce a completely new hole. This, of course, would have been better done on a drill press in the workshop. But it got us working again quickly and at the moment, it is all working perfectly - fingers crossed this continues.

I know I bought this item between Christmas and the new year, but nothing was mentioned about there being any delay in postage as I was expecting a next day service as stated when I paid for delivery. Other than that, all is well.
