Jul 16,2024A reliable company that do all the hard work for you! Really easy to navigate and provide all required details. Rift communicate well in the early stages however this drops off after the claim is submitted. It is impossible to reach them through the online chat however they make up for it with relatively quick email response (up to 3 days). I received 'Riftiversary' emails and a card whilst the claim was still with HMRC which was frustrating, as I expect these are sent automatically based on 'expected payout' dates. The aftercare is good as they check tax codes and confirm this via email. Generally a good experience just delayed, which has not been the case with a number of friends/colleagues so would happily continue to use Rift in the future.
