I received really good customer service and jon who was helping me came across as a very approachable character who gave me pointers in the right direction
So far my experience has been faultless. Seb’s communication has been great by both email and telephone- approachable and considerate. The app is easy to use and once speaking to anybody at Rift they make the process as easy as possible. I have received confirmation of each refund expected so now just waiting for my payment from HMRC!

I submitted a tax appeal through RIFT in November. By mid-Feb I received around £330 tax refund. However, since then, I have received multiple notices and fines from HMRC, and have contacted RIFT on each occassion - They advertise an aftercare service as part of their contract to the customer. The notices and fines continued to arrive however, and after contacting HMRC myself, I was informed that they hadn't even received an appeal from RIFT (about 3 weeks after I gave my consent for them to send it). I have since had to resort to resolving the matter with HMRC myself, and after speaking to heir customer service team, I was promised a call back with some answers, 12 days have passed since then, and I have received no call or email. I am not the only person I know to have experienced this issue with RIFT, and quite frankly, for the poultry amount I received back, this was not worth the amount of stress that the issue has caused me.
Ben made it the easiest process of setting up and finalising the entire service.
As always a great service from RIFT and on this occasion, Iliana who managed my claim, arranged for far more than I expected. They kept me updated throughout and always diligent when making enquiries.

Dicchya Ghising who spoke to me over the phone was very helpful in explaining about my refund, she kept me updated and told me how much I am expecting to receive, she was very clear in explaining details to me, I am very happy with what Dicchya has done for me.
