Jun 13,2024I have used Rift for the past couple of years now. They are very easy to use, the app is very informative. The staff extremely helpful and quick to respond when I have a query. Also they are very quick with getting the refund to you, I was surprised how quick it was.

Seb who had been contacting me about my claim worked late on a Friday just to put my claim through quicker so it didn’t have to wait so long. You can’t fault someone who’s that committed to their job and providing a service like that makes you know you are in capable hands. Seb also helped me step by step to guide me through my proceedings. All round top bloke.
